Shipping
We offer shipping services to entire Europe as all our orders are dispatched from Europe.
The orders usually arrive within 1 week. In times with much demand, it could take from 1 to 2 weeks.
We have a flat shipping rate of 5.99 euros.
Returns
Returns are accepted if the product is damaged.
If you're not happy with your item, please contact us so we can offer a solution to the matter and either send a replacement product or a refund.
To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item.
Currency
When making a purchase on our website all expenses are charged in EUR.
Refund Period
All of our products come with a 30 days refund period. If you have a problem just let us know and we will do our best to help.
Cancellations
Please ensure all orders placed on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavor to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.
Import Taxes
Please note our items are shipped worldwide which potentially could incur import taxes in some countries.
Shipping Cost
Customers are accountable for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.
